Who is this Program for?
A clinically facilitated virtual group therapy program for male Veterans experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or occupational stress.
-
A 12-week, therapist-facilitated, virtual group counselling program delivered in a closed-cohort format. Each session includes topical presentations, discussions, exercises, and tools to support men's mental health — addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, occupational stress, and trauma-related challenges.
-
Sessions are held virtually in a psychologically safe, identity-informed environment. The same closed group of participants meet weekly over 12 weeks, facilitated by a registered clinician with structured therapeutic content, peer discussion, and practical coping tools.
-
This program is available at no cost to participants. For those funded through Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), participation does not impact or reduce eligibility for funded individual or couple therapy sessions.
