Who It Is For

  • Sister Strength is a 24-week, therapist-facilitated virtual group counselling program delivered in a closed-group format. Each cohort includes up to 10 participants and is led by licensed, trauma-informed clinicians.

  • Sessions are held weekly through a secure telehealth platform. HavenPoint Health manages confidential intake, screening, and ongoing clinical oversight throughout the program.

  • No. Sister Strength is offered at no cost to participants through our partnership with the Canadian Legacy Project.
